Heard Sri Lalla Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 8. This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to investigate the matter after lodging the F.I.R. against opposite party no.4 to 8 on the application of the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure No.1 & 2 to the petition." Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 8 submits that the present petition in regard to the prayer made in the petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner has a remedy under the under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and even otherwise, the prayer is mis-conceived. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that there is remedy under the under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023.
