Accordingly, the respondents are directed to give notice to the petitioner with regard to the documents that are required, within a period of one week. The petitioner should be granted an opportunity of hearing, and thereafter, a reasoned order should be passed on the same by the authority concerned within a period of six weeks. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
