Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. 24, Haidargarh, District Barabanki, i.e., Opposite party no. 2 to decide the Case No. 812 of 2022, Crime No. 69 of 2017, under Section 147, 323, 452, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Subeha District Barabank pending before him/her, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. 24, Haidargarh, District Barabanki to decide Case No. 812 of 2022, Crime No. 69 of 2017, under Section 147, 323, 452, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Subeha District Barabank pending before him/her, expeditiously in accordance with law after giving adequate opportunities to both the parties preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment.
