As against the allegation of inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in removing encroachments on Survey No.181/10 recorded as burial ground and Survey No.224/4 recorded as barren land, learned State counsel, upon instructions, informs that, upon survey, encroachments were found, proceedings have been drawn by issuing notices under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, and an order under Section 6 of the Act has now been passed on 10.11.2025. 3. Upon such disclosure, no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
