We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. It appears that the petitioners have paid the penalty that was due. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioners now make a fresh application, their application for commercial connection shall be allowed. 4. In light of the same, the petitioners are directed to file an application within a period of seven days, and upon such filing of the application, the respondents shall accordingly act upon the same expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. 5.
