By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records of the Petitioners for the proper adjudication of the case, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application of the petitioners for grant of patta of the aforesaid mentioned land within a period of 30 days, as per the provision of law, in the interest of justice and till the decision taken by the authority, no adverse action shall be taken on the possession of the petitioners. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct the respondent Authorities to done the aforesaid compliance within a period of 30 days, in the interest of 3 Justice. (iv) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a representation dated 06.03.2025 for grant of patta before the concerned authority and they are only seeking a direction that the respondent authority be directed to decide their representation. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned authority is directed to decide the representation for grant of patta filed by the petitioners way back on 06.03.2025 in accordance with law. 6.
