Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to restrain the respondents Nos.6 to 8 from taking possession of the Sahan Land/house etc. existing on Gata Nos.312, 313, 315 (Abadi land) situated at Village Baryaripur, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur and not to demolish the house of the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 16.02.2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed a revision against the order dated 16.02.2024 before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the revision of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/ District Magistrate, Sultanpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid revision of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
