The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction for quashing the Notice issued by respondents under Section 344 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (‘DMC Act’), which has not been served upon the petitioners. 2. There is a further prayer for direction to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (‘MCD’), not to carry out any punitive, destructive and/or demolition activity on the land of the petitioners, i.e. land measuring 18 bigha 06 biswa, situated in the revenue estate of village Qutab Garh, in Kanjhawala, sub- division in District North West, Delhi (‘subject land’). 3. Status report has been handed over in Court by the respondent/MCD, wherein it is stated that under the directions of the Special Task Force (‘STF’), This is a digitally signed order.
