Medhi, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that he has received instructions from the petitioner that since the complaint filed by the wife of the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner’s wife, the services of the petitioner was terminated however, since the respondent authorities has given assurance that the grievances of the petitioner raised in the writ petition is going to be addressed accordingly, he does not wish to press the petition further.
