2. This bail application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Ratul Ali under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking
Page No.# 2/3 regular bail in connection with Rangia P.S. Case No.201/2025 under Sections 126(2)/189(2)/191(2)/121(2)/109 of BNS, 2023.
3. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he was a part of a gathering of people which attacked the patrolling party of Police Officers. During such attack the Police Officers sustained injuries, while the police vehicle Driver Imdadul Ali sustained grievous injury and cut on his head.
4. Despite sufficient opportunity being given, the I.O. has failed to submit the case diary or the injury report and in the meantime, the petitioner has already spent 48 days behind the bars.
5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rangia in connection with the aforementioned case. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions that the accused petitioner – (1) shall not hamper the investigation and tamper with the evidence of the case; and (2) shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to

7. In terms of the above, this bail application stands disposed of.
