The present CRMP has been filed with the following prayer :- It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly to allow the petition and quashed the First Information Report in respect of Crime no. 20/2021 registered at Mahila Thana Ambikapur Distt- Surguja (C.G) and consequently the entire criminal proceeding in pursuance of F.I.R registered against the applicant may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse of law as the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court. 3.
