Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 at Police Station Katka, District Ambedkar Nagar as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that the petitioner had surrendered before the concerned court and got himself bailed out on 13.04.2024, therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.
