The petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 136/2024. 3. The husband of the informant was alleged to have been shot at by an unknown person. On being taken to the Hospital he was declared dead. 4. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of co- accused Santosh Kumar Singh @ Bablu Singh who has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 2038/2025. Another of the co-accused, namely, Bipin Kumar Shah @ Bodra Vipin Kumar Sah has also been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 4382/2025. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024. 5. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Addl.
