Case No.1156/25(S), registered for the offences under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(7), 308(2), 308(3), 308(4), 308(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2025 and in identical situation, co-accused has been granted regular bail in B.A. No.4886 of 2025. He submits that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner and only on suspicion, the name of the petitioner has come. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of demanding extortion is there. 4. It appears that the co-accused has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.A. and the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2025. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi in connection with Sessions Trial Case No.338/2025 arising out of Ormanjhi P.S.
