Heard Sri Saksham Agarwal, learned counsel for the appellant and Ms.Ritu Yadav,Advocate holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow in Case No.2679/2025(Atul Kumar versus Shraddha Raj), by means of which, the application for waiver of the cooling period of six months under Section 13-B(2) of the Hindu Marriages Act, 1955 has been rejected on the ground that no mediation and reconciliation proceedings have been held and the date for mediation was fixed on 11.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing at some length submits that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move fresh application for waiver of the remaining cooling period, in case the mediation and reconciliation proceedings fails. To which there is no objection by learned counsel for the respondent. 4. In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
