Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 05 liters of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the palani of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the liquor was recovered from the palani of petitioner and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11683 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 similar nature. 6. Considering the recovery of illicit liquor and criminal antecedents, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
