JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 31-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Sugauli P. S. Case No. 115 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners along with co- accused Satya Ram and some unknown miscreants assaulted the son of informant with lathi and snatched Rs. 50,000/-, gold locket and mobile phone of the son of informant as a result of which he sustained 14 injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77992 of 2025(4) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that son of informant sustained 14 injuries, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused. Navya/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
