Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 13-Gaon Sabha. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings for demarcation relating to Gata No. 445, situate at Vill;age Jarbodhiya, Pargana- Nanpara, Tehsil Mihipurva (Motipur), District Bahraich. The learned Standing Counsel on the basis of written instructions has informed that the application preferred by the petitioner has been registered as Case No. 12442 of 2025 and is now listed on 16.10.2025. It is further stated that needful would be made to decide the same expeditiously. Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the State-authorities, this Court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the aforesaid petition pending rather ends of justice can be met by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the same after affording full opportunity to the parties concerned as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Himanshu Kumar Bachhil, Anjani Nath Khare Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pankaj Gupta Shami .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. District Magistrate, Bahraich And Others .....Respondent(s) parties on merits and the Sub Divisional Officer concerned shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
