In support of the report, he has submitted the report of Police Station Bazarkhala, District Lucknow and and the statements of Anil Rawat (PW-1) and Javed Ahmad (PW-2) and perusal of the aforesaid statements it reveals that appellant nos. 1 and 2 have died.
