Mr. Shukla submits, his instructions are to withdraw the appeal as there has been compromise between the parties. 2. Order sheet reveals the appeal was admitted on 29th May, 2023 and there was direction for issuance of notice. Appellant did not take steps. However, thereafter learned advocate entered appearance on behalf of respondent. He goes unrepresented. 3. In view of aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
