The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "(अ) िवप्षी संख्या-2 को िनदरॏिशत करने की कृ पा िकया जाये िक वह अब तक गुजारा भ्ता की धनरािश लगभग मुबिलग-4,00,000/- रू० (चार लाख रूपया) है, अदा कर देवें। (ब) अधीनस्थ न्यायालय को भी िनदरॏिशत करने की कृ पा िकया जाये िक लिम्बत ्ऺाथर्ना प्ऴ िदनांक-13.06.2022 ई० जो संलग्नक सं0-3 है, पर आदेश कर देवें िक यािचनी का जीवन भ्ता िवभाग से पेन्शन से कटौती करवा कर यािचनी के खाते में स्थानान्तिरत कर देवें।" 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is legally wedded wife of respondent no. 2 as she was ousted by the applicant. Under compelling circumstances she filed application under Section 125 CrPC, in which order was passed for grant of maintenance on 16.11.2021 amounting to Rs. 6,000/- but the same is not being paid to the petitioner by the private respondent and the order dated 16.11.2021 is also being executed as the private respondent is enjoying her pension, therefore one application was filed before the respondent no. 1 on 14.07.2022 with a prayer that appropriate order may be passed directing the concerned department/State of U.P. to deduct Rs. 6,000 as a maintenance from his pension and transferred in the account of applicant but the same has not been decided, only adjournments are being given, therefore kind indulgence of this Court is necessary. As it is evident from the record that the aforesaid application is pending since 14.07.2024, therefore, notice for respondent no. 2 is hereby dispensed with and the respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the application of petitioner dated 14.07.2022 by which a request was made for issuing necessary direction to the PWD/State of U.P. for deduction of Rs. 6,000/- as maintenance in terms of the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 6, Lucknow and transfer the same in the account of the applicant within a period of one month from the date of service of this order. 4.
