On the basis of instructions from the petitioner, Shri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he is pressing only prayer no. 4 that a representation pending before the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University be decided expeditiously in regard to give consent of affiliation from the examining body. Mr. Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of University submits that the matter is still pending and some directions are sought from State Government. Mr. Avadhesh Mishra, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State submits that they will provide guidance on basis of referred communication made by respondent no.3, expeditiously and its legal consequence will follow. Mr. Vaibhav Tripathi, learned counsel is present on behalf of respondent no.2. In the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition is disposed of on basis of the assurance given by counsel for the respondents. The aforesaid exercise shall be concluded within a period of six weeks.
