The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nala P.S. Case No. 15/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 28/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act subsequently cognizance has been taken under Section 64(2)(k)(m) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamtara. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have raped 17 years’ old girl. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 in which she has supported the prosecution case. 5.
