CMP No.28708 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicants/respondents No.4 and 5 have prayed for placing on record the copy of certificates issued by the Government Senior Secondary School Jadli, District Solan, H.P., whereby it is clear that Tania/applicant-respondent No.4 and Shivani/applicant- respondent No.5 are studying in 10+1 Arts (Humanities Stream). Accordingly, the application is allowed and the documents are taken on record. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.27035 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicants/respondents No.4 and 5 have prayed for release of the amount in their favour on the ground that they are studying in 11th Class at Government Senior Secondary School Jadli, District Solan, H.P. and require money to bear their educational expenses like school fee, tuition fee, school dress charges, transport expenses and private tuition etc. Since, the appeal has been decided, an amount of Rs.50,000/- each is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No.4 and 5 out of their respective shares lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. As the applicants/respondents No. 4 and 5 are minors, the said amount shall be released through their mother, Smt. Leela Devi. The amount shall be remitted to the bank account of Smt.
