Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, while drawing the Court‟s attention to paragraph no. 2 of the aforesaid Order, would submit that the instructions were only to seek simplicitor withdrawal of the present petition, and that no instructions had been given regarding any settlement between the parties. It is, therefore, contended that a correction is necessary to accurately reflect the factual position. 3. This Court is of the view that there appears to have been an inadvertent error in recording the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.
