Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State- respondent. 2. This application has been filed by applicant for quashing the order dated 8.8.2025 passed by Judicial Officer, Village Court Tundla, District Firozabad in Case No.5382 of 2012, Prabha Pachauri Vs. Anil Pachauri and others, under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Narkhi, District Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the husband and the order has been passed for payment for maintenance under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act. In the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. the applicant is already giving payment as maintenance and the aforesaid amount is required to be adjusted in the present amount. 4. A perusal of the impugned order would go to show that the trial court has considered the aspect with regard to the payment being made under the co-lateral proceedings by way of payment by the applicant. 5. It is for the applicant to raise objections and deposit the amount in pursuance to the impugned order dated 8.8.2025 after deducting the amount which has already been paid. In the event any coercive action for recovery of the amount is directed by the court concerned against the applicant, the applicant would be at liberty to file objections before the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ravindra Kumar, Shalendra Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
