Thereafter, the matter had come up on 17.12.2018 when service report on the respondent no. 6 was said to be awaited. Office Note dated 06.09.2025 has, however, reflected that the learned Lawazima Court vide the order dated 27.08.2025 had directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 6 by registered post with A/D within 7 days which, however, has not been done.
