Supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the applicant, today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Alok Sharma, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. Instant bail application has been filed by the applicant- Raghvendra @ Mogli Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 098 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Moth, District Jhansi. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case against the applicant by the police and on the basis of three injures he has been charge- sheeted under Sections 109 B.N.S. He also added that applicant has no criminal history and he is languishing in jail since 08.05.2025. In case, he is granted bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and would cooperate in the trial proceedings 5. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that specific allegation for causing grievous injuries to injured has been made against the applicant and specific role has been assigned to the applicant. It is further submitted that CT Scan and injury report of injured shows that there was grievous injuries on his head as well Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rohit Yadav, Sunil Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Raghvendra Alias Mogli Yadav .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) as on the left side of chest, 5 Ribs i.e. 7,8,9,10 & 11 were fractured, which substantiate the allegation of the injured, therefore, he is not entitled to be released on bail. 6. Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking into account the fact that specific allegation against the applicant as well as grievous injuries of the injured, therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage. 7.
