Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Anowara Begum, praying for regular bail in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Dalgaon P.S. Case No. 126/2025 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)B of NDPS Act, 1985. 3. The allegation in the FIR is about recovery of intermediate quantity of contraband in the form of suspected ganja (1.967 K.G.) from the shop of the present accused. The accused was arrested on 25.07.2025 and since then, he was in detention. 4. It is submitted by the learned prosecution that in the meantime upon completion of investigation charge-sheet has been filed against the present accused. 5. Considering the length of detention and the completion of investigation, the accused/petitioner herein is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court of Special Judge, Darang and subject to the following conditions that:- (i) That the accused shall be available for trial, if one commences. (ii) That the accused shall not misuse her liberty to commit any offences including any offences pertaining to narcotic drugs; (iii) That the accused shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6. Violation of bail conditions might entail cancellation of the bail. 7. This bail application stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
