The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings of Case No. 1054 of 2022 (Monika Kashyap versus Ajay Bahadur Kashyap) arising out of Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar as well as order dated 10.01.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar in Maintenance Case No. 1054 of 2022 whereby Rs. 10,000/- per month has been awarded as interim maintenance in favour of private opposite party no. 2. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. 4. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. 5. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
