Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue an order or direction to direct the Learned Special Judge E.C. Act/Additional District Judge, District-Mathura to decide the Probate Petition No.01 of 2023, Dated 14.08.2023 (Brajeshwari Kunj Seva Trust Through its Trustee and Co-executor and Other Versus State of U.P. and other) filed by the petitioners, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforesaid probate petition is pending since 2023. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Special Judge E.C. Act/Additional District Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Devesh Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Brajeshwari Kunj Seva Trust And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
