Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.31,200/-, on completion of two years of regular service as JOA(IT) in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022. 3. Petitioner was appointed as JOA(IT) on contract basis in the respondent-department on 17.08.2021 (Annexure P-1). Her services were regularized on 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-2). On being appointed on regular basis on 07.11.2023, petitioner was placed in 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the pay-scale of Rs.20, 600/-. Petitioner claim for Rs.31, 200/- on completion of two years of regular service on the strength of notification dated 06.09.2022, amending Revised Pay Rules 2022, is covered under the decision rendered in CWP No.1638 of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Since, the present petition is covered in view of law laid down in the said case; therefore, there is no necessity for calling the reply. 4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.31, 200/- to the petitioner w.e.f. her completing two years of regular service as JOA (IT).
