By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned trial Court to expedite proceedings bearing Special Sessions Case (ST/SC Act) Dhamtari (C.G.) within a period of 3 months. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Special Sessions Case(SC/ST Act) No. 14/2023 has been filed against the petitioner before Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Dhamtari is pending consideration since 25.05.2023. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to 2 conclude the proceeding of Special Sessions Case(SC/ST Act) No. 14/2023 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Agrawal, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Dhamtari to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Special Sessions Case(SC/ST Act) No. 14/2023 expeditiously. 5.
