It appears that interim maintenance has been allowed by the court below vide order dated 15.5.2018 for which, Execution Case no.2671 of 2015 is pending before the court concerned since 9.2.2021. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a lady and suffering from hardship, therefore, a direction may be issued to the court of Additional Civil Judge, F.T.C., Court no.50, Lucknow to conclude/decide the aforesaid execution case. 4. In view thereof, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge, F.T.C., Court no.50, Lucknow to decide the aforesaid Execution Case pending before him since 9.2.2021, expeditiously in accordance with law, say within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the court concerned.
