Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a life time member of the concerned society has filed a complaint before Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Bareilly that he was illegally expelled and on that a notice is issued to the present Manager of the concerned school dated 15.7.2025. However, thereafter said respondent has not taken any further steps. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any objection under Section 4 (2) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 is pending before the concerned respondent, same may be decided expeditiously after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
