The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 49/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 54/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 96 & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., 2023, in which she has stated that she left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish as her parents used to threaten her that they will get her murdered. Thereafter, she went to several places including Delhi with the petitioner and subsequently returned home. She has also stated that she came to know that informant has instituted false case against the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 49/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 54/2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
