HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 3193 of 2025 Chief Justice's Court HON'BLE ARUN BHANSALI, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE KSHITIJ SHAILENDRA, J. 1. This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure strict compliance of paragraph 4 of Government Order dated 01.05.2017, filed as Annexure-12 to the petition. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that several grievances of several persons have been indicated in the petition and in para 19 of the petition, it has been indicated that respondent no.7 has illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and has demanded exaction money from him. However, a perusal of the complaint made (Annexure-10) reflects that the said complaint has been made by one Ravi Yadav and not the petitioner, which averments and the document, clearly reflect that the petition has been filed at the instance of someone else and the claim made by the petitioner regarding any public interest is belied by the said instance. 3. The petition is therefore, dismissed. October 14, 2025 AHA/Sazia Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjay Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : Akanksha Sharma (S.C.)
