The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) & 326 (f) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 27.05.2025, 8 to 9 unknown persons intercepted the vehicle of the informant near Kutia more. The miscreants snatched his mobile phone. It is also alleged that the miscreants set ablaze the vehicle of the informant and another hywa. It was submitted that petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was also submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Palamau at Daltonganj, or his successor, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
