Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305(a) & 331(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. During the intervening period of 19/20.01.2025, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Balidih P.S.
