Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan, Distt. Solan, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that respondents, after having 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 considered the case of the petitioner, in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.3341 of 2019, titled as Madan Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Others, have found petitioner entitled to benefits, in terms of aforesaid judgment and accordingly, granted him pay scale of Rs.1640-2925/- from the date of joining on regular basis (Revised pay scale w.e.f 01.01.1986) and subsequently pay scale of Rs.5480- 8925/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 and Rs.10300-34800+3400 Grade pay w.e.f 01.01.2006. The arrears of the revised pay scale be released in accordance with the Government letter dated 07.01.2012. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed.
