This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the executing court attaching the properties of the petitioner. 3. By the order impugned, the petitioner was called upon to shown cause as to why his property be not sold in execution of the decree. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to deposit the amount. 5. In view of the above, in case, the petitioner appears before the executing court and moves such an application in pursuance of the order dated 10.10.2025, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
