By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's claim application under the scheme Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the above regard, petitioner's application/ representation dated 22.07.2025 is pending consideration at the end of the respondent no.2. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case an appropriate direction is issued to respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision upon the pending application/ representation of the petitioner, however, strictly in accordance with law.
