Instant civil writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by and on behalf of the State of Rajasthan, assailing the order dated 28.09.2018 passed by Additional District Judge No.10, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur, dismissing civil misc. appeal filed against the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by the Additional Civil Judge & Metropolitan [2025:RJ-JP:4230] (2 of 2) [CW-9529/2019] Magistrate No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan, allowing the application for Temporary Injunction and directing the respondents to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property during the course of trial of the civil suit for permanent injunction. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the original civil suit No.670/2006 for permanent injunction itself has been decided on 16.05.2022 and in that view, the challenge to the impugned order passed on the application for Temporary Injunction has become infructuous. 3.
