Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 (Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Region, Banda) to decide the Appeal No. 0086 of 2025 (Computer No. C20250700000086 of 2024-25) (Saroj wife of Ravindra Vs. State of U.P. and another), expeditiously within stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may fix. ii. Issue any writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to give effect on the letter/order dated 28.11.2024, issued by Respondent No.3 (Deputy Commissioner (Self Employment), Mahoba). iii. Issue any writ order or direction in favour of the petitioner, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, so as to secure the end of justice or else, the petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. iv. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Appeal No. 0086 of 2025 (Saroj wife of Ravindra Vs. State of U.P. and another) is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appeal of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Appeal No. 0086 of 2025 (Computer No. C20250700000086 of 2024-25) (Saroj wife of Ravindra Vs. State of U.P. and another) pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
