Keerthi Krishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Shanthi Bhushan H., learned DSGI, appearing for the respondents and have perused the material on record. 2. This Court, in W.P.No.8599/2024 dated 25.03.2024, had directed issuance of a passport to the petitioner for an impending travel at that juncture. The passport was cleared at - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9863 WP No. 6936 of 2025 record time of 60 minutes on the effort of the learned DSGI, Sri. Shanthi Bhushan. 3 The petitioner is again before this Court seeking permission to travel now standing on a better pedestal, as the criminal proceedings against the petitioner itself is quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Certified copy of which is yet to be uploaded / received. 4. In the light of the impending urgency, the petitioner shall appear before the Regional Passport Office at 11:00 a.m., on 10.03.2025. The passport shall be issued to the petitioner by hand, by the end of 10.03.2025. 5.
