The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025 registered under sections 303(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Daltonganj at Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2025. He submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Munda. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of theft of pickup van. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2025, the F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Daltonganj at Palamau, in connection with Patan P.S.
