The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 88/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302/201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. On 20.04.2023 at about 3:00 A.M., son of the informant went to meet call of nature and thereafter his dead body was found hanging from an electric poll. Suspicion was raised upon the petitioner and co- accused persons that they might have committed his murder. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused Surendra Mahto has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 263/2024. It was further submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S.
