Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the Government of Himachal Pradesh has notified “the Himachal Pradesh Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2025” (for short the ‘Scheme’) vide notification dated 20.08.2025 and the grievance raised in the present petition may be redressed by the concerned authority, in case, petitioner approaches the said authority under the Scheme and he has further submitted that for claiming benefit under the Scheme, petitioner has to withdraw the present petition as provided under Clause 5 of the Scheme. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions submits that the petitioner intends to apply for benefit of the Scheme, therefore, he has instruction to withdraw this petition 2 2025:HHC:29908 with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in case anything still survives to be redressed. 3. Prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid alongwith pending applications, if any.
