2. As seen from the record, the case in S.C.No.97 of 2010 was
disposed of on 14.06.2018 on the file of learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, as per the e-court’s information.
3. In view of disposal of the Sessions Case itself, the revision which was filed challenging the order dated 19.06.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.228 of

2013 in S.C.No.97 of 2010 on the file of Mahila Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, has become infructuous, inasmuch as the petition was filed under Section 278 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to seek certain clarification from the Presiding Officer in respect of the corrections in the depositions of the witnesses and the said petition was dismissed by the learned trial Court.
4. For the above reasons, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
