Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has provided mention notice, by way of mention slip, which is taken on record, to Mr. Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for respondent no. 7, however, he is not present. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already joined in some other institution, therefore he does not want to press the petition bearing no. Writ-A No. 5871 of 2023 and further prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Cause shown is sufficient. 5. The instant application is allowed. Order on Petition. 1.
